Cancellation Policy
Pilates sessions Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions apply to all Pilates sessions, whether private or group, booked with Flow Pilates UK. By purchasing and/or attending any session, you agree to the following policies: 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will result in the session being forfeited in full. Notice must be given via booking system. 2. Refunds & Transfers All purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. Sessions, packages, or credits are non-transferable and may not be assigned to or used by another individual. 3. Late Arrival & No-Shows Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be denied entry at the discretion of the instructor, and the session will be considered forfeited. Failure to attend a booked session without notice (“no-show”) will result in the session being charged in full. 4. Session Packages & Expiry 5 session packages is valid for a limited period, typically 7 weeks from purchase date, unless otherwise specified. Expired sessions are void and cannot be extended. 5. Instructor Substitution & Schedule Changes The studio reserves the right to substitute instructors or make reasonable schedule changes without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be issued for such changes. 6. Health & Safety By participating, clients confirm they are physically fit and free from any condition that would prevent safe participation in Pilates exercise. Clients must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to each session. Participation is at the client’s own risk, and the studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained. 7. Sessions Etiquette Appropriate attire must be worn, and socks with grip are recommended for safety. Mobile phones must be silenced during sessions. The studio reserves the right to refuse entry or remove clients who act in a manner disruptive to others. 8. Agreement By booking and attending sessions, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated from time to time at the discretion of Flow Pilates UK.
